She is currently pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering at Metropolitan State University of Denver (expected May 2027). Her engineering training has developed a strong analytical mindset, teaching her to break down complex problems, optimize systems, test rigorously, and refine solutions based on data. She applies these same principles to marketing, approaching every campaign with precision and a focus on improving efficiency, reducing waste, and delivering measurable growth.
Before starting Engineered Reach, Julieanna built extensive experience in sales and production environments, where she consistently excelled at qualifying leads, nurturing client relationships, streamlining processes, and using data and tools to drive better outcomes. This practical background gives her a clear understanding of what actually converts interest into revenue for business owners.
When not working on campaigns or analyzing performance, Julieanna can usually be found outdoors with her four dogs, who are her constant companions on hiking and camping adventures. She also enjoys bike riding whenever she can. These activities recharge her and reinforce her belief that smart marketing should create more freedom and time for business owners to enjoy the things—and the people and pets—that matter most to them.

With a strong foundation in sales and an ongoing education in marketing and sales, Andrew brings a results-driven approach to empowering clients with innovative campaigns that drive growth and engagement.
Before co-founding Engineered Reach, Andrew honed his skills as an assistant manager in sales, where he excelled in building relationships, closing deals, and optimizing team performance. This hands-on experience, combined with his current studies, equips him to bridge the gap between strategy and execution in the fast-paced marketing world. A graduate of Perry High School, Andrew's time as a dedicated baseball player—boasting impressive stats like a .467 batting average, multiple home runs, and key contributions in high-stakes games—instilled in him the values of discipline, teamwork, and strategic thinking that now define his leadership style.
Andrew is passionate about community involvement, as seen in his volunteer work with organizations like Feed My Starving Children, and he channels that same commitment into creating marketing solutions that resonate on a human level. Outside of work, he enjoys following MLB, mentoring young talent, and exploring Colorado's vibrant scene.
