All services are provided on a month-to-month basis. Either party may cancel with 30 days written notice. We commit to professional, transparent work and clear reporting. You are responsible for timely provision of needed materials (photos, access, etc.).
Results depend on market, offer, execution speed, and many variables outside our control. We share data openly each month.
